For years we have depended on the volunteer efforts of students, and a few adults to help make the Anderson Christmas lights event happen. Without them it would have closed years ago.  We have even been blessed with some students returning to serve on the Board of Directors, and some even bringing their children to visit the lights.  This Year... everyone needs employees and volunteers, and our organization is one of them. Students that are required to have volunteer/Community Service hours, we have plenty with Anderson Lights of Hope / Anderson Christmas Lights again this year. Clubs needing service hours are welcome to apply.

ALL volunteer work shift times are between 9 am - 4 pm (Lunch provided for those staying all day)
Rain days are not rescheduled.  Have the students report to the Christmas Lights office in The Village.

Employment & training opportunities include:
Electrical    Human Resources    Plumbing Financial    Non-Profit   Marketing    Sales  Painting   Carpentry          Management

Nov 25 – Dec 25 - We have volunteer and community service hours available. These are the days we are in full operation and offer additional hours. The hours are 4:45pm to 10:15pm daily.  Those willing to come are asked to stay a minimum of 5 hours or a full night.

Qualified students: must be enrolled in school or college; must adhere to all school, public law, and Anderson Christmas Lights rules and policies. Documentation will be provided on Mondays of work the previous week & an email to proper teachers, professors and institutional professionals to ensure proper credit for the work.

Schools need to provide an email address to send the excel sheet of hours worked by the students, as well as to correspond with the advisors / teachers and share paperwork on a weekly basis. We are all about documentation.

NOTE: ALL CDC recommended guidelines will be in place.

Thank you for your continued support of Anderson Christmas Lights!
